At Abode, we worked hard and continue to work hard at constructing and preserving an operating model that ensures we present the market with a quality product that covers all areas of importance in regards to the hotel industry.
We are continuously working to keep up with technological advances, updates and our knowledge coverage in order to ensure we are providing a quality, modern product with sustainability views in mind through the use of new technologies as they are developed.
We ensure our processes from basic customer service, to pricing strategy, communications, finance, management and all aspects of hotel operations are at the highest level they can be for all our stakeholders to ensure that Abode’s reputation is upheld through the extensive thought and planning process that has led to our end product.
The team at Abode is managed by a general manager of hotels who has extensive experience in the tourism and hotel sector to lead a team of equally qualified hotel managers, reception and front office staff, reservations and housekeeping, all of whom are willing and ready to provide the best service to the market.
Our operating model currently allows for 50-200 room hotels and depending on demand, we will grow our offering by 2-3 more hotels under the brand within the next few years. Once the Canberra demand has been satisfied, a strategy to grow outside of Canberra will be developed, focusing on regional cities in Australia; something we’re looking forward to and can’t wait to bring to the public.
